I consent to my child's participation in the braiding program at Legacy Hair & Braiding Academy. I understand that sessions are hands-on and involve braiding hair with mannequin heads and/or willing participants. Photos may be taken for educational and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. I release the Academy from liability for any minor incidents during class. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the registration.
